The aim of this award is to help learners to develop skills for personal effectiveness and progression who are experiencing barriers to learning and progression in the workplace. This award is also aimed at people who are facing redundancy, workplace changes and/or demands of increasing flexibility from their work role.
Interpersonal Skills is an ideal qualification for those working in situations where communication and one-to-one interviews or interactions take place. The increased self-awareness resulting from the training for this qualification also enables relationship building in a more general sense. This qualification will also be appropriate for any individual wishing to progress onto counseling related courses.
